This is a dreamy resort!.The pool was exceptional and so was the vibe. The location is great as it is close to many amazing restaurants and the club. I made some core memories while being there.

My stay at the Kenzi Menara Palace in Marrakech was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered optimal comfort. The overall setting of the hotel is calm and pleasant—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The breakfast was generous and of high quality, with fresh products. I especially appreciated the little touches that made all the difference. A place where you truly feel at ease—I highly recommend it and will definitely come back with great pleasure. A special thank you to Mouad and abdel for the kindness and positive energy, and to Ilham from public relations for her warm welcome and professionalism.

We booked the room with breakfast only. This worked well for dinner because we ate in the different restaurants available onsite. The Italian and the Moroccan restaurants are not included in the full board cost. You can get a reasonably priced meal at the pool bar for lunch. The buffet for lunch has a great selection but costs 40 euros a head. The smaller pool has a cover over it at night, so the water is warmer (we were there in March and it was low twenties. The big pool was still too cold. We were there during Ramadan, which makes the city quieter, and the resort was also quiet. It did not cause any difficulties with eating; we just made sure we only ate and drank in the places meant for eating and not on the street. The staff are very kind and helpful. They do speak English.

I sincerely appreciate the upgrade—it was a wonderful gesture that enhanced my experience. Beyond the excellent service, I was also impressed by the hotel’s beautiful decor. The elegant design, refined details, and harmonious ambiance created a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Every space, from the lobby to the rooms, was thoughtfully decorated, making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you once again to the entire team for this exceptional experience.
